This 18 karat white gold pendant features a 6.12 ctw sapphire center stone surrounded by 19 diamonds at a 1.38 ctw. The edge of this pendant is finished off with a delicate enamel inlay. This piece is suspended from a 20” 14 karat white gold chain that features 12 round brilliant diamonds at 1.23 ctw.
